JUST FOR FUN RUN- non-competitive amateur run!

Run out of the old year... run into the new year!
All interested people may take part in this non-competitive amateur run.

Important information - Subject to changes

• Registration is open to all interested persons which fulfill the Covid-19 requirements: single runners, families, relay teams, with pram, with dog (on a leash and muzzled), with Nordic Walking poles,... however you like: the motto is "not to win but to take part". The only conditions are wearing the "bib number“  and leaving the race track by 1.30 pm.
  
  
• JUST FOR FUN, not a competition: no timing, no awards. 
  

• Bib number:  For reason of identification a bib number is necessary. The race number is strictly personal, it has to be clearly visible and must not be reduced or tampered.

• Course: Round track through the Bolzano historic centre.
  4 rounds of 1,250 metres each = 5,000 metres. The course is the same as for the competitive Ladurn Amateur Run with race character and it also is the same course the runners in the category Elite women have to cover.
  But: you may run as many rounds you like!

• Start/Time window: The start is on 31^st December at 12.50 pm at the Walther square. By 3.00 pm the course must be free, regardless of the number of completed rounds

• Starting grids: the first starting grid is for all those who intend to run 4 rounds = same course as the competitive Ladurner Amateur Run and Elite women
  The second starting grid is for all those who want to run across Bolzano for as long as they like.

• Entry fee: The entry fee amounts at:

Single persons: 30,00 € until 24/12, than 35 €;
Families with children underage: 70,00 €; 
All participants receive 1 race package.

• Race packet:
  30th December from 5pm to 8pm and
  31^st December from 9am to 1pm at the racing office at the Pfarrheim

• Racing office: BOclassic racing office at the Pfarrheim - 1 minute away from start.

• Accommodation:  all accomodations: www.bolzano-bozen.it 

• Please note: Organisational changes and re-schedules are reserved.

• Responsibility: Upon signing the registration form the athlete declares to know, accept and follow the general rules of the event. Runners participate at their own risk. The organizers assume no responsibility for incidents, damage to persons or property and lost items.

• Image rights: By registering at the race the participant expressly authorizes the organizers, as well as media partners, to use fixed images or in movement that portray him/her while participating in the run BOclassic Südtirol-Alto Adige and connected fringe events, on all devices, including promotional and/or advertising material, all over the world and without a time limit. We inform every person participating at the event or assisting to it that the event will be filmed by RAI in order to spread and use the relative imagery.

   

• Treatment of personal details: In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 and n. 101/2018 all personal details collected will be used to draw up the list of competitors, the result list and historical archive, to provide the services included in the rules, for the information and advertising material of the BOclassic Südtirol-Alto Adige or its partners.
